Stuffed Glis Glis Recipe
Skin, gut, remove feet, tail and head.
Clean out cavity and stuff with stuffing of your choice mixed together with sausage meat
Wrap in silver foil and bake in oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with olive oil, season well and crisp up in the pan
Best served with crusty garlic bread and a side salad.
